This Is Home

Following their historic victory as the first choir to win Britain’s Got Talent, the Hawkstone Farmers Choir present their debut album. Bringing together farmers and agricultural workers from across Britain, the album captures the rich harmonies, emotional storytelling and powerful sense of community that won over the nation. Rooted in themes of belonging, resilience and rural life, This Is Home builds on their remarkable BGT journey while supporting their continued advocacy for mental health within farming communities.
