Lars Danielsson : Symphonized

The Swede Lars Danielsson is not only one of the most distinguished European double bass players, but also an outstanding composer who always succeeds in making his complex, sophisticated music appear light and organic. And as a bassist and cellist, he is equally at home in jazz and classical music. On the double album ‘Symphonized’ he combines all these elements – together with his perfectly attuned ‘Liberetto’ band, the Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra and guests.
