Crime Of The Century was Supertramps era-defining third album that catapulted them to globalsuccess, breaking them into the UK top five and U.S. Billboard top 40 album charts for the first time.

As the album fast tracked the bands global popularity, they would write and record Crisis? WhatCrisis? that was released just 13 months after Crime Of The Century.

With oversight of the band and co-producer Ken Scott, these 50 th anniversary reissues have beenremastered at half-speed by Miles Showell at Abbey Road Studios giving them greater detail andthe best possible clarity.
