Not a Moment Too Soon’ launched Tim McGraw as a country music super star as the album reached #1 on the Billboard Top 200 and stayed #1 on the Billboard Country Albums chart for 26 weeks. The album’s first single was the controversial hit ‘Indian Outlaw’ which peaked at #8 and was followed up by ‘Don’t Take The Girl’ which became Tim’s first #1. The album went on to have additional hits including ‘Not a Moment Too Soon’, ‘Refried Dreams’, and ‘Down On the Farm’ and was Billboard’s #1 country album and ACM album of the year in 1994. The album has now amassed over 6 million in sales and remains one of Tim’s biggest albums.
